Full description of the activity

The tour starts with pick-up from your hotel on the selected day at the time specified during the online booking process. After picking up the rest of the participants at their hotels, the bus will start climbing towards the Teide National Park, stopping on the way for you to stretch your legs and take some pictures. The route offers magnificent panoramic views of the coast and the volcanic landscapes of Tenerife.

Once in the Teide National Park, you will be surrounded by the unique nature of the island. There is no better place to toast while watching a romantic sunset over the island of La Gomera. We’ll open a bottle of cava and drink it together to cheer up the spirits as we get ready to stargaze.

The guides and our professional astronomers will set up an observation camp with powerful telescopes and laser pointers in one of the scenic areas of the national park, depending on weather conditions.

Along with Hawaii and Chile, Tenerife offers some of the best stargazing conditions in the world. You will have the opportunity to observe many of the stars, planets, nebulae and galaxies while having a privileged view of the Milky Way at all times. The guides will provide detailed explanations of the celestial bodies seen while sharing with you many of the secrets of our Universe.

The excursion includes a delicious dinner, served in a typical restaurant either on the way to the Teide National Park or on the way back, depending on the time of sunset.
